Cancellation Policy for Yumpers

We understand the unique circumstances faced by healthcare travelers, especially when cancellations are beyond their control due to changes in hospital assignments.   • Cancellation Period: If your assignment at the hospital is cancelled while you are on assignment, we require notification as soon as possible, with proof of your contract cancellation, at least 7 days prior to the scheduled move-out date.
  • Cancellation Charges: In the event of cancellation due to the hospital’s decision within the 7-day period preceding the move-out date, no cancellation fee will be applied. We understand the unpredictability of healthcare assignments and aim to support you during these challenging times.
  • Refund Process: Any payments made in advance will be refunded to you promptly after paying the 7-day period from the cancellation notice, if the cancellation is due to the hospital’s decision. You must provide documentation or proof of cancellation from the hospital.
  • Notification: Please inform us promptly of any changes in your assignment status. Communication can be made via email or through our official communication channels. We value transparency and appreciate your cooperation in keeping us informed.
  • Modification Policy: If your assignment is rescheduled or relocated, and you need to modify your reservation accordingly, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability and any applicable rental rate adjustments.
  • No-Show Policy: If your assignment is cancelled before arrival, you must cancel your reservation and show proof of the facility cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee.
