Queen and king sized bed.
Note: Keys will be in a lockbox located at a 6-min walk from the unit.

All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized visitors. Should a Guest wish to cancel their reservation, the cancellation request must be in writing, & the ff terms apply:
If cancellation is made greater than 90 days before Check-In Date, 75% of the total rent will be refunded to the Guest.
If canceled between 60–90 days before Check-In Date, 50% of the total rent will be refunded to the Guest.
If cancellation is made 30–60 days before Check-In Date, 25% of the total rent will be refunded to the Guest.
If cancellation is made w/in 30 days before arrival, there will be no refund of monies paid by the Guest.
This stay is for transient occupancy only and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship.
You affirm that you maintain a separate primary residence and are occupying this unit for temporary lodging purposes only.
⦁ This booking grants a revocable license to occupy, not a lease. Failure to pay or violation of rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
⦁ In the event of non-payment, refusal to vacate, or violation of terms, you may be treated as a trespasser and law enforcement may be contacted.
⦁ No subletting, unauthorized guests, or use of the property as a permanent residence is permitted under any circumstances.
⦁ Smoking (of any kind) is Not allowed in the building or apartment; a $300 fine will be charged and any cleaning fees.
⦁ No pets unless permitted in writing, and a pet addendum has been signed. This includes pets belonging to visitors.
⦁ A $20/night fee for overnight guest(s) not on agreement. Also, no parties or events are permitted. A $300 fine, cleaning fees will be charged.
