This house has a private hill with a short hike to the top which reveals a beautiful view of the city. This home is uniquely located on a quiet street yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of city life.
This charming home has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen which promotes togetherness. It comes fully equipped and comes with all the amenities for families or desks for working professionals.
Guest access
Smart lock access will provide you a convenient check in / check out process. The backyard is private and can be accessed at anytime. Freeway access is only a few minutes away so traveling is convenient.
Other things to note
You are free to enjoy the hillside deck at your leisure. For your safety, we ask that guests are mindful of the stairs leading up to the deck and to not drink up there. Children should supervised. There are also local wildlife which ranges from squirrels and rabbits to the occasional coyotes.
Street sweeping on the side closest to the house occurs on Thursdays. Please observe the posted street signs.
