How does the verification process work?

- Hosts: Must provide a government-issued ID to verify their identity.
Is it really free to list my property?
Yes, it is absolutely free to list your property on YumpPad. We only charge a 3% service fee on bookings made through our platform.
All payments, including rent, security deposits, and reservation fees, are processed securely through the YumpPad platform through the global leading payment processor Stripe. This ensures ease and security for both travelers and hosts.
YumpPad verifies all working contracts to ensure all users have had a background check prior to their stay. This ensures that both travelers and hosts can feel secure when using the platform.
